Named the Reaper's Horn, it was looted off the Voraci Orc champion named "Reaper". One must say the High Elvish word for "reap" and blow into it, for it to activate. When activated, it a sound shoots out 120ft long, 30ft wide cone effecting everyone in that area who can hear it.
